The Pokémon Company International, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, manages the property outside of Asia and is responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website. Pokémon, launched in Japan in 1996, is one of the most popular children's entertainment properties in the world. This Manager, Influencer Marketing role will oversee, design, and deliver initiatives to create and maintain a best-in-class influencer marketing program. The role involves developing and managing the influencer marketing strategy for the Americas and Oceania, leading and mentoring a team of influencer program managers, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, PR, Social, Community, Events, eSports, and LATAM teams to integrate influencer efforts seamlessly into campaigns and events. Key responsibilities include identifying and monitoring emerging trends, platforms, and creator communities, managing relationships with key external partners, vendors, and agencies, and architecting influencer programs that drive awareness, reach, and conversion across key products and pillars. The Manager will oversee campaign planning, creator selection, contract negotiations, and performance tracking, ensuring consistent brand messaging and creative alignment across all influencer content, and compliance with applicable regulations. This position also involves cultivating strong relationships with top-tier creators, agencies, and platform partners, representing the brand at events, creator meetups, and on-site activations to foster community and deepen partnerships, and acting as a brand ambassador and point of contact for creators during live events and content shoots. The role requires defining KPIs and success metrics for influencer campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing future efforts, and delivering regular reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
