Arthur, a devoted father, learns he has limited time left and goes on hospice, but he can't bear to tell his daughter, Eve, the truth. Knowing the pain this news would bring her, he chooses to keep his diagnosis to himself. The hospice nurse, sensing the need for closure, encourages Arthur to record a video message—a farewell he can leave behind for Eve to discover after he's gone.
