Lincoln Financial is seeking a Social Content Creator Specialist to be the creative engine behind its social presence. This role focuses on bringing bold ideas, fresh storytelling, and cultural relevance to every social platform. The specialist will produce dynamic, social-first content that connects the brand to social conversations, transforming everyday stories into scroll-stopping content for both diehard fans and new audiences. The role involves developing and producing engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and TikTok, as well as conceptualizing and executing social-first campaigns. Responsibilities include capturing and editing vertical video, designing graphics, monitoring cultural trends, writing compelling short-form copy, and collaborating with internal teams to amplify key moments and initiatives. The specialist will occasionally appear on camera for select social content.
