This short film made for the web will satirize the "White Boy Shuffle" in the Canadian theatre scene. "The Patties" short will represent a section of an awards show. Compensation Details $1,800 + GST for the entire gig Additional Comments: We have been searching for a local Vancouver actor to play a dual role of "Stupid White Boy" – age 30 something who can also play 50 something – a strong 30 – 40 year-old character actor of Euro descent. We would also prefer, for this particular role, someone who was trained in the theatre. This is a paying gig and we are rehearsing for two half days in April/May and shooting in May - all on weekends. While a Union actor is not required, we are looking for an experienced professional.
