Retrograde follows Eirik, who has been given the responsibility of his mother and her estate in her accelerated age. He is distraught as he searches the house for a Degree he had left his parents, all the while Sasha, his pregnant wife serving as a constant reminder he needs to attend to his mother. Throughout the house his deceased father treads, haunting Eirik of the closure he never obtained with his father.
