Audition Description

Nothing makes kingdoms crumble faster than the truth. No one understands this better than Briar, a princess with the ability to discern truth from lies, whose parents have locked her away because of her gifts. Any chance of escape seems hopeless until she discovers Orkinar a demon who specializes in deception, trapped inside a book. He makes her an offer she can't refuse; if she plays his game and wins, she'll earn her freedom, however if she loses she'll be eaten by a demon. In order to survive Briar must discover whether truth is really more powerful than deception.

  • Role #1 - Briar

    Briar is a princess who has been imprisoned due to her magical agility to discern truth from lies. Briar spends her time in imprisonment reading and learning more about the world in hopes of one day finding an escape. She is brave, quick witted and desired her freedom above all else.
