Audition Description

In the 1990s, Graham (39) brings his young daughter, Maria (7) to his brother George's deathbed. While Graham becomes lost in thought, consumed by memories of his youth with George in the 1970s; Maria's enthusiasm wakes George from deaths door and the family is given extra time to reconcile the past.

    When we meet Young Graham, he is a bright-eyed, optimistic sponge for new information with a love for art, science fiction, and astronomy. With absent parents, Graham looks up to and latches onto his big brother, George. As time goes on, Graham becomes more disillusioned and withdrawn. But when tragedy strikes, he feels guilty for his absence and begins stepping into a caregiving role and taking more responsibility onto his shoulders. ** See Graham.
