When Pars finds the body of a cat in her backyard pool, she calls on the help of Journee, an old swimming friend who now works as a pool cleaner. While Pars tries to focus their efforts on how to console the soon-arriving cat owners, Journee finds himself strangely drawn to the water where a series of increasingly strange events points towards the ridiculous possibility of the pool being alive.
