Chicks is an upcoming horror-comedy short film that follows a shy teen as she goes to a slumber party with her new "cool" girl friends. What starts off as a very bubbly and unassuming night quickly takes a sharp turn when she gets roped into her friends' bizarre dinosaur-chicken cult. Y'know, just girly things. We want to do a fresh twist on a teen girl's coming-of-age, featuring a dynamic all-women cast. We want to reclaim all the ultra-feminine stereotypes associated with girls, and then flip them on their heads as the film catapults into a thrilling journey for both the audience and characters.
