Looking for two actors to take part in a docu-series we're developing to sell to Netflix.
We are currently producing a documentary of a 19 year old gay man convicted in small town Texas of capital murder. The problem is that there was no proof that he committed the crimes. In fact, we've uncovered evidence that proves he is actually innocent. One of the angles of the documentary is showing the prejudice in Greenville, Texas. Not just the bias against gay people, but we're going to expose the racist history of the town as well. We have a short script that we're going to want the actors to memorize, but we'll also be talking to you about your own experiences with racism (and homophobia in the case of the male lead) growing up. I hope we can find the two right people to convey this sentiment to our audience.
The roles will be paid $100 for the 1-2 hour interview.
