This casting call is for our pilot episode of Doctor Who, "The Shak'ru Conspiracy". In this episode, the newly regenerated Doctor teams up with news reporter Taylor Jordan and prime witness Jesse Carson to solve a deadly mystery running rampant in the streets of New York City. For this episode, a composer is needed to give depth and ambient music to both the silly and tension-filled scenes. WHY WE NEED YOU: We have all of our voice actors and editors in position, with the exclusion of a music composer. The composer directs the audio drama, giving the dialogue and situations meaning and depth. It is their job to give emotion to an otherwise bland scene. Unfortunately, since we are a fan-based audio drama, we cannot afford to pay for your services. However, your name will be advertised at the end of every episode so as to give credit to the music you can provide. We're looking for someone who can compose for an entire season consisting of 9 episodes, with each episode having a run time of around 45 minutes. If the episodes do well, payment may be an option in the future.
-Music must line up with the scene and dialogue, which promotes communication with our editing team.
-You must be available to voice chatting, so we can keep track of your progress and ideas.
-Discord is needed, as that is our main platform of interest. We do all of our work on there and store it on a server.
-If inactive at any time during the duration of the project, you will be warned, and if you continue to be inactive, it will result in your role being replaced.
-Above all else, be respectful to the community. Everyone here is volunteer, and do their jobs with vigor and determination.
