This Transformers project is based on the Transformers Prime series, with a few various additions/changes to it, such as the inclusion of the Power Rangers as a way to involve the humans a bit more. Their stories intertwine throughout this stop-motion/live action series, and sometimes there will be other stand-alone episodes for this series that were not featured in Transformers Prime, such as the inclusion of the Combaticons and other combiners to give the Rangers a chance to fight for both Cybertron and Earth in a big way.
The Production Sound Mixer is head of the sound department on set, responsible for recording all sound during filming. This involves the choice and deployment of microphones, operation of a sound recording device, and sometimes the mixing of audio signals in real time.

The Boom Operator is an assistant to the Production Sound Mixer, responsible for microphone placement and movement during filming. The Boom Operator uses a boom pole, a long pole made of light aluminum or carbon fiber that allows precise positioning of the microphone above or below the Actors, just out of the camera's frame. The Boom Operator may also place radio microphones and hidden set microphones.
For this project, you will be working on the live-action aspect of the show and ensure that all the cast members have the highest quality of sound in the final production.

The utility Sound Technician has a dynamic role in the Sound Department, most typically pulling cables, but often acting as an additional Boom Operator or Mixer when required by complex filming circumstances. Not all films employ a Utility Sound Technician, but the increasing complexities of location sound recording in modern film have made the job more prevalent. This role is sometimes credited as Cable Puller or Python Wrangler.

The Sound Designer, or Supervising Sound Editor, is in charge of the post-production sound of the show. Sometimes this may involve great creative license, and other times it may simply mean working with the Director and Editor to balance the sound to their liking.

The Music Supervisor, or Music Director, works with the Composer, Mixers and Editors to create and integrate the film's music. In Hollywood a Music Supervisor's primary responsibility is to act as liaison between the film production and the recording industry, negotiating the use rights for all source music used in a film.
For this project, we are looking for something very cinematic. Compiling various other pieces of music from various types of media and franchises may also be used, but if this route is taken, then the original composers and supervisors need to be credited (e.g. If we used The Fallen's theme from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, we would put this under a "Music Used" tab in the credits saying "The Fallen" from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen by Steve Jablonsky).

The Foley Artist is the person who creates many of the ambient or routine sound effects for a film. It is your duty to provide the ambience of certain scenes. For example, if you wish to make an ambience of Cybertron, you need to make it seem dark and solemn, as it has been devastated due to the Autobots and Decepticons' civil war. Conversely, if you want it to seem like the Rangers are outside locations, demorphed, and not having to worry about trouble from the Decepticons or other monstrous creatures, you will need to make it seem more cheerful and enjoyable.
