Tommy Lovelace Coach Lovelace: All American sprinter and long jumper as well as football star is widely respected in the sports industry as a trainer for speed enhancement. Tommy provides supplemental sports instruction to professional and student athletes. His primary focus is on Speed and Conditioning and preparing athletes for better performance, success in their college athletics and even pro careers. There are two primary delivery channels 1) The Speed & Conditioning training 2) Physical & Mental Preparation.
