20th Century Fox’s ‘Stuber’ Casting for Various Roles

Fresh from the success of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Avengers: Infinity War, Dave Bautista is all set to grace the big screen again in the upcoming film Stuber.

To be distributed by 20th Century Fox, Stuber is about an Uber driver who finds himself caught in the middle of a harrowing ordeal after he picks up a detective who is on trail of a brutal serial killer. Bautista will play the grizzled Detective Vic, while The Big Sick actor Kumail Nanjiani will play the Uber driver Stu.

Michael Dowse (FUBAR film series, The F Word) will direct the film from a script penned by Tripper Clancy (Four Against the Bank, Hot Dog). To kick off production, the film’s casting team is now looking for talents to take on various roles.

Ten talents are sought for the role of a cop. Talent could be male or female of any ethnicity and should be 20 to 60 years old. They are also looking for a male or female talent of any ethnicity and who is 18 to 35 years old to play the role of a nurse. Playing the role of an athlete is an African American male aged 18 to 60 and standing at least 6’2″.

Other roles include patriots, Julian Schnabel lookalike, an art critic, photographer, wait staff, and many more.
