|Born February 14th (Valentine's Day) in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the only child of two loving and supportive parents. Her name means "the desired one". It was suggested by her aunt, due to the fact that her parents tried 14 years before they conceived her.Her first exposure in the entertainment industry occurred at the age of 7 when she started taking piano lessons under the request of her mother. During that same year she made her first television appearance on the game show Heads Up.Throughout her academic career she always excelled through her studies being granted many scholastic awards, honors, achievements, and scholarships. She never settles for the minimum but always strives to do the and then some. While in the midst of high school, her heart strings were pulled back to her true love of acting. She became involved with the drama club where she performed in numerous theatre productions, assisted with makeup, set design, and props. Also during this time she began modeling in various fashion shows, participating in numerous local pagents, and even appeared in a full front page layout in The Baltimore Sun.She attended Hood College in Frederick, MD. She began as a pre-med student, however, that all changed when her Organic Chemistry professor asked her, "Have you ever considered changing your major? Your grade is a C- and dropping fast. I suggest you get out now." Being interested in human behavior she earned a B.A. in developmental psychology. All the while, her heart was calling for the stage where she performed in many productions and assited wtih the crew for 4 years.She went on to earn a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from University of Baltimore. She worked in various from medical secretary, phlebotomoist, rape counselor, grant administration, management, etc. She became a Mary Kay Sales Director where she earned 2 cars and a diamond ring. In the process of attending a business meeting for her Mary Kay business she met her husband, Marvin Davis, Sr., a licensed California general contractor. Wanting more than lipstick, she started a disaster restoration company with her husband, specializing in water and fire damage restoration. Throughout all of this her eternal internal flame continue to burn for her passion of acting. She continues to travel, nationally and internationally, to numerous islands and locations. Along with traveling, some of her other favorite hobbies are cooking, food and wine tasting, reading, watching movies, listening to music, a spa junkie, etc. All of her experiences, both personally and professionally, have served to not only ground her but to make her the well-rounded individual that she is. Likewise these experiences have caused her to appreciate the various cultures and people of the world.
