Step 1: Once logged in, Click on the "View/Edit My Profile" button in the top green navigation bar. |

Step 2: Click on the "Add/Edit my Pictures" link in the edit my profile control panel located toward the right hand side of your profile. |

Step 3: Click on the "Browse" button, located half way down the screen. |

Step 4: Select a file from Your Computer (c:\drive), Floppy Disk (a:\drive) or CD (d:\drive or e:\drive). |

* Your primary picture size & format: Size 200 x 300 pixels, JPG/JPEG format, Max file size of 200k. |

Step 5: Press the "Upload" button. Please be patient as this may take a few minutes. |

If your pictures are in a different format, you may send them to the following email addresses. Please note that some picture formats are not compatible with our website.
