About Me: I am a Singer/Songwrite Toinie was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. Growing up I was introduced to music by my father. Some of my fondest memories are of him singing to me. Every chance I had I would listen to my father's 45's. During my teenage years I performed in various choirs. I also learned how to play instruments such as the piano and the violin. Studying music opened my mind to all types of genres. It has always been my dream to become a singer/songwriter. However, I chose to put my dream on hold to raise my two children. Today, I have been encouraged by my family to go after my dream. It is my hope to inspire and encourage those who listen to my music.
