About Me:
My name is Ridwan Hassan and I’m a twenty one year old aspiring model/actor. I currently attend Southern Maine Community College where I am taking general education courses and would then like to further my education in theater. Outside of school I work part time at two jobs that require patience and charisma that are two characteristics I pride myself in. When I am not juggling school and work one can find me at the Portland Boxing Club where I have been a member for two years. At the boxing club I am taught that working hard for what you want and always keeping a good attitude are values that can have you go a long way in life. Whether it be my education, work, or modeling I apply these values and succeed.
years a go my family and I began the trek from Somalia to America in search of a better life. Although I have been in America for a long time my culture and heritage are two huge qualities that are very important to me and I follow to this day. Having the opportunity to better my life makes me want to aspire to be the hardest, best working person I can and gives me the motivation to never give up on what I want.
