ExploreTalent Bonuses Policy

1. In General. ExploreTalent currently offers a Member Referral Bonus program ("the Bonus") to all account holders. By participating in the Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Member Referral Bonus.

i. Eligibility. This Bonus is open to all ExploreTalent users. ExploreTalent reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time within thirty days of notifying users. Should the program be discontinued, you will receive the full bonus for new Members you have referred under the following terms.

ii. Persons Who May Be Referred. You must only refer ExploreTalent to individuals with whom you have a pre-existing personal or business relationship (a "Member"). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not obtain names for referral from i) group email addresses or ii) email mailing lists. You must not submit yourself for this referral bonus.

iii. No Spamming. We strictly forbid the sending of unsolicited e-mail to numerous recipients ("spamming") and any ExploreTalent user who spams other Internet users for referral bonuses will have his or her account immediately and permanently terminated. See our Anti-Spam Policy for additional information.

iv. Number of Member Referral Bonuses. For a limited time, there are no restrictions on the number of Member Referral Bonuses you may earn.

v. Bonus Requirements. For each Member that you refer to ExploreTalent who completes the new account bonus requirements below, we will credit a bonus, under the following guidelines, to your ExploreTalent account. A Member will only be deemed to have been referred for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions if:
1. They are not a ExploreTalent user at the time of the ExploreTalent Referral
2. They sign up for a Pro ExploreTalent account
For all referrals, you must have an ExploreTalent account in good standing. All conditions must be met before the Bonus expires.

Bonus Amount. The Member Referral Bonus is un limited. Once they've signed up for a paid Pro membership within 30 days from joining, your referral bonus will start accumulating Free Pro Membership months so you can literally have a lifetime free membership for as long as you keep on referring Pro paying members.

vi. Method of Referral. To receive credit for referring a Member, the Member must sign up for his or her ExploreTalent account by going to the ExploreTalent site through your Member Referral Link.

vii. Exclusivity. For each account which you refer, you are only eligible to receive a bonus under the Member Referral Bonus Program.

· Additional Terms and Conditions.

i. Bonus Period. ExploreTalent reserves the right to discontinue the Bonus for any reason, at any time and for any duration at its sole discretion, and without notice.

ii. Remedies for Your Noncompliance. If ExploreTalent determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the Bonus.

iii. Limitation of Liability for ExploreTalent. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER EXPLORETALENT NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICER, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.

iv. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ExploreTalent with respect to the Bonus.

v. Variation of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by ExploreTalent in its sole discretion at any time and these amendments and modifications will apply to you when you use the ExploreTalent service. Any such amendments will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.

vi. Severance. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.

vii. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the nonexclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts within Los Angeles County, California for the purposes of litigating any such action.
