Musician Information: 26 years old originally from Velma, La honed his skills at the age of 11 freestyling against other local artist. Moved to Toledo, Ohio where he began to pursue his dream further. There he began finding himself and getting comfortable with his skill, working with a booth coach and artist developer, VL-SLIM began to climb the ranks of the underground scene. Recently moving back to Louisiana mid 2008 he released \"Playamade\" a brand new sound to the tangipahoa parish region and with the release of the lp, slim has opened up for artist such as Down Bad, Big Poppa, Maxminelli and the list goes on. Armed with dedication, and motivation this lousiana native is proving to the world without a doubt that he is the next best thing the game is missing.
