Melissa Washington's Modeling Jobs, Acting Auditions and Additional Experience

About Me: Melissa is a Professional singer and songwriter, Actor, and Play Writer. She has a many years of experience and she loves using her God given Gifts and Talents. She began singing at the tender age of five years old in the Children Choir and at eight years with the youth choir at her Church under the Leadership of her Father, who was the Youth Director.
Her Parents saw how much she love singing and acting and enrolled her in Jeri Jon Studios for three Years of Professional Training in Vocal/Acting. From Junior High School throughout Senior High School she was very active in Drama Club and doing Stage Plays, and of course Singing. Some places where she perform is : Guest Soloist for Parents Teacher Conference (PTL), Weddings, Banquets, Convocation, Women Club Tea's and Luncheon. She was able to Audition for a Prestigous group called Meistersingers and passed the audition. It was a great opportunity for her to be able to travel doing the last two years in High School. She traveled and sang at, The White House in Washington, D.C. and Carnegie Hall in New York, and The Catholic Cathedral in Brooklyn, New York, and then to The country of Canada.
Melissa is also a Ordain Minister, who is a excellent Teacher/Preacher.

Short Resume: To further her ambitions and desires she attended Modeling School in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. After year of school she was busy modeling clothes and hats at various fashion shows through out the city and surrounding areas. To further her singing career she sung background for Shirley Ceasar, The Joy Gospel Singers, the Philadelphia Mass Choir, The Crusade Choir, Mattie Moss Clark and The Clark Sisters, and Hezekiah Walker just to name a few.She attended Antelope Valley College completing majors courses in Real Estate and Public Speaking & Communication Arts. In the Philadelphia area Melissa took courses in Medical Technology,She has a Certificate for Nursing Assistant and also Psychiactric Assistant. Worked for Bank Of America for 13 years as Senior Customer Service Representative/Operations Specialist.
