Lydell Hall's Modeling Jobs, Acting Auditions and Additional Experience

About Me: Hi i Lydell am born and raised in the busy City that never sleeps, New York City Uptown Manhattan. I became interested in Modeling/Acting at the age of 18yrs old, and discovered the talent and fame N.Y.C had to offer. Growing up less fortunate than other, begin discredited, down talk by people who said i would never make it, inspired me to become unique at whatever i did; and to make a difference in the world.
I have the potential at what it takes to become a Model. I have taken several Photo shoots from local photographers to build a portfolio for agencies. Modeling has a different side than acting. I Believe it's delivering a message through body language. There are two Models who inspires me such as Tyson Beckford and Tyra Banks, who i learn from and uses their experimental judgment for general knowledge when modeling. Tyra Banks episode America Next Top Model, I agree are for females; but i use her advice and criticism that she gives and apply them to male modeling perspective. For Example: When posing; knowing how to sell yourself to the camera; aware when you are giving too much or too little, lastly having a general idea of what pose and or expression are fit for the shot.
Growing up in the city life, capturing the essence of producers and director working on the set with actors like Liam Neeson, Denzel Washinton, Tom Cruise, and Mekhi Phifer is an eye opener for me. There performance on camera are outstanding. I take note in every role they play and part, knowing when to turn it on and off in front of the camera. Some tips i took from acting while in front of the camera are #1. Know your script; Don't look directly at the camera while filming, have great confidence in yourself, swagger and most importantly connecting with the character that is begin played, being able to be versatile. When i watch a movie i don't view it as just a movie, i could imagine me on set with them, in tune with how every part is begin played, stunt moves, role of actors, scene selection and also the conclusion of the movie itself.
I get so excited about acting, it's to the point i find it a little unease to watch one because i'am always looking for a way to edify it or even find where i would fit in if i had a role..lol (If you get my drift) When it is all said and done, i will continue to push forward and keep my hope up by these great actors and movies; to allow inspiration to come in my life until the day i become one myself.
