Musician Information: LEE & SONS PRODUCTIONS Bringing The World Closer Through Sound Business Description: In 1973 a ten year old boy stood in front of his mother’s stereo singing word for word a song by the late grate artist Sam Cook. Little did either of them know that moment was the beginning of a life long odyssey in the world of entertainment which would one day culminate into the birth of “LEE & SONS PRODUCTION.” Founded in 2008 at the beginning of the recent economic depression, Lee & Sons have dedicated it’s time and resources to developing and preserving the rich culture of music and art in America, while also introducing a new generation to the positive influences of music and it’s life enhancing attributes. It is the goal of the company to provide an affordable, professional experience in the arts through the music and production we develop. Based in Jamaica Queens, New York Lee & Sons is the culmination of the life’s work of its founder and CEO Leroy B. Adams II. Named after his father Leroy Adams Sr. and his three brothers, and like the name Lee & Sons is comprised of a close family of musicians and artist ready willing and able to bring to a worldwide audiences a variety of music and art. It is this kind of family oriented connection that gives the company its dedication to excellence and style. Rooted in family values and historical traditions Lee & Sons strives to be apart of the resurgence of musicianship and musical quality which the public demand from modern entertainment. President and CEO Leroy Adams has spent years learning and teaching the finer points of music and stage production. After that sunny afternoon in front of his mother’s stereo she knew she had something special in her son and began to expose him to different teachers and artistic experiences. It was in 1978 that he met his junior partner and fellow musician Michael C. Flythe and his brother Alvin L. Flythe that his professional life as a musician began as pianist for the Flythe Brothers Funk Band. It was while working as site director for the LL Cool J’s summer youth music camp that he developed the idea of an affordable production company that would provide the youth of South Jamaica Queens with an outlet to develop their talents, as well as expose them to a world of quality music. After performing and learning for several years President Adams enrolled in York College CUNY where he studied and honed his skills in music, art, and sound & stage production. Mr. Adams always dreamt, while studying and teaching, of the day when he would have the resources and fortitude to step out on his own to begin his role of president and CEO of his own company. Mr. Adams realized not only was it his chance but it was his duty as a man of vision, and talent to embark on this new chapter in the odyssey that is his life of music. Two years ago he began seeking out quality entertainment and artist to assist him in his efforts to preserve and produce some of the finest entertainment in America. With the assistance of his life long friend and partner Michele Flythe the company has amassed, from a network of artist and relationships developed over the years, a concept of producing and distribution which incorporates traditional values with modern technology. Two years later the company has yet to go public, but it has established a working network of artist and technicians. With one artist published and promoting in the south, the company has four other projects in development ranging from Jazz (Classical and Contemporary), R&B, and Rock & Roll. This is only the beginning of what we anticipate will be the emergence of a new era of quality, compassion and excellence for artist and entertainment in American from Lee & Sons Production.

Bringing the world closer through sound, this is our motto this is our creed. Lee & Sons Productions first and foremost mission is to contribute to humanity through various art mediums. Our dedication to the arts will always be the driving force in all that we do. The following statements have been reviewed by the President and CEO of Lee & Sons Productions and have been approved, and confirmed by him to be the goals of the company.

a) It is the goal of the company to raise capital for the purpose of operations and increasing and continue production indefinitely. It is also a goal of this company to provide employment and financial stability for officers, artist and technicians, associated with the company’s growth, as well as economic stability in the services communities. It also a future goal of the company to grow and acquirer investors and for the purpose of public stock trading.


b) We intend to acquire, record, and produce various professionals artist for promotion and sales. It is the goal of this company to provide a professional and affordable medium for independent and unsigned artist to record and produce their art through various electronic mediums.


c) It is our goal to obtain and acquire future lucrative contracts for pre-production work from third party sources. We intend to align ourselves with other successful companies with the intentions of becoming an out source partner for their over flow.


d) It is also the vision of this company to reach out to the community in our efforts to promote and preserve classic art forms of music. We intend to teach and promote the finer points of music, art and productions through seminars specifically designed for advantages to various age groups. We will constantly strive to be an example, and to live up to what our true mission toward the standards of art is, not just for the growth of the company and its members but to the serviced communities as well as a whole.
