Jesse Was Born in Mcclennan County, of Waco Texas the son of Connie Cerda and Jesse Serrano Sr. His father is of Hispanic and Italian descent and his mother is of Hispanic and Native American descent. Jesse was in 2 years of Theater Arts in High School during his teen years in Waco Texas and graduated from A.J. Moore Academy (Academic Magnet High School)

Career>
After 4 years of High School Jesse decided to do the American thing Go to Work!!! After working various Jobs and not really going nowhere! Jesse Decided to Attend T.S.T.C (Texas State Technical College) While attending, He majored in Automotive Collision Technology. But later Realized this was not the Ideal Career for him. In 2010 He Decided to pursue his Acting career and Has been successful Since then.
