About Me:
If I had to describe myself in one word that would be "nerdy". I am a very competitive online PC gamer who is into pretty much everything. I love video games and I grew up playing them. When I am not playing video games I can be found hiking with my dog or swimming at the beach. My favorite outdoor activity is Scuba diving which I learned while I lived in Hawaii.
I am also a college student. I am studying mechanical engineering. I would one day like to get into robotics. While I feel that education I extremely important I am very interested in following my passion, which is acting. I have always been interested in the arts and started performing at the age of 4. My first award for performing was a first place trophy in the Hawaii Tropic Pageant at the age of 5. I have continued with this dream and now I am going to be competing in the Miss California USA 2013 pageant!
I recently got back from China where I was part of an education and cultural exchange program through the college. I think that this experience really changed me and helped me to better understand communication across language barriers as well as cultural tolerance.
