Lay flat in ur bck take a sheet fold it like the traveling pillow put it round ur neck lay on it &take 2 cold compresses put it on ur temples by massagin in circular motions turn errthing off &if u drink lots of caffeine u need 2stop &after 6pm dont drink

Anything tht have caffeine in it like no chocolate or sodas or coffee etc after 6pm ,try it let me no if it wrk &use a cold compress or put ice in ur washcloth put 1on each side if ur temples &rest on ur bck flat u might b dizzy but its ok
