Hi St. Paul! We are seeking some incredible and caring brand ambassadors to work a tailgate event at an upcoming concert on 2/6/13 from 12pm-8pm each day. You'll be working with a team celebrating the Born This Way foundation- a group focused on building a kinder, braver world that celebrates individuality and empowers young people. Our main goal is to find the best brand ambassadors that are professional, responsible, accountable and care about St. Paul's youth. You must be approachable and accepting & sensitive to diversity (cultural, racial, religious, sexuality, etc.). We're looking also looking for unique looks (a mixture of staff possessing visible tattoos, and/or piercings, colored hair, facial hair, etc). A huge plus given to those that are involved in youth/community groups (BB/BS, church groups, volunteering, babysitting,) which involve you being outgoing with the public and as a role model to the youngsters! This particular event is held outdoors- there will be heated tents and electric heaters to keep staff warm. The event will not take place in the Xcel energy center, it will be right behind it. Pay is $16/hour.
Staff will be responsible for:
. Guiding guests through the experience
. Greeting guests and providing Registration support
. Explaining the activities and different areas of the event
. Encouraging guests to participate in activities
. Distributing Food & Beverage tickets
. Representing the Born This Way Foundation and Front Line Partners' brands
. Crowd control and line management
. Safety and security of guests |
