Seeking professional, outgoing, responsible and motivated Market Managers to represent a leading retail client. The Market Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the onsite activations in the Columbus area.

Job Description:
• Manage and implement event details
• Facilitate and participate in event set up
• Drive to event locations
• Work with on-site contact to work through any details during activation dates (rectify until situation meets client expectations
• Fulfill all program objectives while on footprint
• Answer general questions
• Provide recap reports
• Take photos onsite and upload within 24 hours
• Hours will vary each week

Qualified candidates must have/be:
• Experience in promotional and/or event management
• Previous major retail outlet and consumer electronic experience or knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate to both part-time staff and RedPeg Marketing
• Experience in managing and training part-time staff
• Outgoing, personable and enthusiastic and the ability to inspire those qualities in part-time staff
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations

Compensation: competitive salary
