We are seeking a social event organizer who owns an iPad or Smartphone with internet/data package capabilities (for reporting) who can assist with a series of evening events!

Event Details:
Event organizer will be responsible for:
Managing Guest List
Facilitating meetings
Point of contact for our agency and the event venue

Dates/Times:
TBD – expect multiple events
Events will take place during the month of November
Shifts will generally take place between the hours of 5pm - 10pm during the week (M – F), during happy hour.
Shifts run 3 – 4 hours (max 4 hours)

Pay:
Pay rates are based on a flat rate PER EVENT: Up to $70 with timely delivery of reporting & meeting deliverables

Location:
Anchorage, AK

Exact location will be disclosed upon booking, generally speaking event will take place in a bar or restaurant setting

Qualifications:
Must own Ipad or Smartphone with Internet/Data capabilities
Energetic, enthusiastic and fun personality to engage people! The bubblier, the better!
Very confident, assertive and approachable
Must be comfortable working independently and be a problem solver
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and dependable to meet reporting needs

I have also had an offer to film a Meg Ryan film called "Lives of Saints" in November in Los Angeles and have had offers for four Disney shows A.N.T Farm Shake it Up Good Luck Charlie and Zeke and Luther. This is all in addition to offers for Big Time Rush & True Jackson VP and have been contacted by Ashley Argota's publicist who may work with me starting this July.
