Bilingual Brand Ambassadors Needed! (Fresno and Bakersfield)

Seeking Brand Ambassadors and Team Leaders for a 10+ week promotion in the Fresno and Bakersfield areas.

Teams of brand ambassadors inform consumers about a new product and related smart phone app and encourage eligible consumers who meet the target demographic to sign up online on-site for a chance to win the product. Commissions are paid per eligible online sign up at the event. Must be willing to work indoors or outdoors (under a shade tent when outdoors) depending on the location. Each location has only a 2-person team, so there are plenty of opportunities to earn extra commissions if you are a go-getter!

Team Leaders are responsible for transporting equipment to events and back, managing a 2-person team during the events and are responsible for submitting event pictures and recaps for each day. Brand Ambassadors may occasionally be asked to assist with equipment transportation or event pictures and recaps.

DETAILS:
* The campaign starts Dec 1st and runs through Feb 9th
* The event are 3-5 days per week.
* The events last for 7 hours, taking place mostly between 7AM - 9PM
* Event locations are big name stores and busy public events

REQUIREMENTS:
* Own a car and have valid driver's license
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or store product demos
* Dynamic personality with the ability to draw attention to self and product during events
* Be able to memorize product details and eligibility requirements
* Have the ability to help set up and break down a small footprint at all events
* Have internet access and 5+ megapixel digital camera
* Be available to execute 10 week campaign starting Dec 1st (very flexible scheduling, but the more you are available the better!)
* Have a clean driving record.
* Be willing to drive up to an hour each way to event sites when needed with gas reimbursement
* Must pass a background check
* Bilingual English/Spanish a major plus!

COMPENSATION:
* $110-140 per event per team member depending on the responsibilities
* $10 bonus per eligible customer signed up at the events
* 0.30 cents per mile gas reimbursement

***Hiring LOCAL representatives only - travel to or housing in the market is not provided. You must live in (or near enough to commute to) the Fresno or Bakersfield areas. 0.30 cents per mile gas reimbursement is paid from your home to event locations and back.

REFERRAL BONUS:
* $20 bonus for referrals of qualified job candidates
* Must provide name, number and email
* Referred employee must attend training and work at least 10 events in order for bonuses to be paid
