Open auditions for Bukowsical ,Bukowsical is a wacky, high-energy -- and very adult -- musical comedy, an ironic and insightful 21st-century reboot of the classic American musical comedy. The show follows the hilariously dark, damaged life story of the great American poet and novelist Charles Bukowski, who drank, drugged, and screwed himself to death. Along the way, the show explores how the experiences of an artist's life affect his art, and how that art becomes universal through its truth-telling.
