Is the story of the Nowak family, living amidst the urban rubble of Buffalo, NYs East Side. Maybe the neighborhood is depressed, but not Clara, the family matriarch. She happily runs her soup kitchen and tends to the family heirloom a twenty-foot shrine to the Blessed Mother which adjoins the house. This neighborhood beacon of faith commemorates the day in 1942 when the Blessed Virgin Mary materialized in her fathers barber shop! When the play opens, a family meeting is in progress. Daughter Ruth divulges her plan to finally go public with the family miracle by creating a one-woman play about the sacred event. But during the course of the meeting, the entire familys faith is shaken to the very core when a deathbed confession causes the family legend to unravel. The results are heartfelt and hilarious.

2 jobs within 10 day of signed-up !! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING We signed up with Explore Talent on Oct 14th, two weeks ago. The very next day we were offered a job with the ISO/JOICO hair show !! Since then we've already been matched with another job (this one for several weekends), and have made it to the final selection for two Advertising spots in the San Antonio area. My daughter is so thrilled !! The service provided by the individuals I've dealt with at Explore Talent has been top-notch. David & Dustin in the Booking Dept. and Brittain in Cust. Service have gone above and beyond in answering my questions and providing information !! In fact, it feels as though I am talking with people that personally know us, rather than being treateded like "a number". THANKS - YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING !!! Stephanie Webster & MOM
