Synopsis: Scarlett Montgomery is teenage girl who has grown up in an extremely wealthy family, and her overbearing mother has her life planned out for her. Scarlett at heart is rebellious, artistic, and sexually alluring, but is forced to conform into the pristine women her mother expects her to be. As an artist Scarlett is gifted in that her perception of the world around her is distorted, allowing her to draw people and objects in a way that no one else could. Art is Scarlett’s escape into a world where she is confined by the expectations of her society, and is free to be her true self. As the struggle to keep up with both her two opposing identities becomes far too difficult, Scarlett begins to slip into multi-personality psychosis. In the end Scarlett must metaphorically kill the half of her self that is an affectation of who she truly is, in order to fine peace.
