Casting Call for “Someone Like You” (2 Actors Needed)

Digital C Media with assistance from the Liaison of Independent Filmmakers is producing 2 short films in 2013 as well as a series of projects over the next 3 years. We are a dedicated team passionate about bringing inspired character-driven stories to the screen. Our emerging company is looking for actors for our upcoming short “Someone Like You” as well as future projects.

1. We have launched an Indiegogo page for crowd sourced funding;
2. We have applied for 2 grants with the Toronto Arts Council and the Ontario Arts Council;
3. Through additional personal contributions, we have sourced sufficient funding to green light “Someone Like You”;
4. Presently seeking additional project funding for cast;

THE STORY:

“Someone Like You” is about two former flames having an unexpected reunion in the aisle of a local supermarket. One has recently returned to the city and they are both now married to other people. Their brief meeting rekindles old feelings, that become confused with their current obligations and feelings for their new families. They have a few minutes to decide what and who their regrets are and how they will act on them.

View My Website		 Got a role in movie called "Shaka Muni"

Thanks to Explore Talent casting, I have received a chance to audition for a children movie called "Shaka Muni". I was cast that very same day. I've only just recently finished filming this DVD. The producers are shopping this movie to CBS. This project has the potential to air as a children series. Hopefully they will succeed and call me back to film some more.
