An actress is needed to portray a college student in a serious dramatic film. Rachel Madison is a very intelligent and successful student at a small college located in her home town. Rachel is also a very talented and successful athlete. She is an outstanding dancer and figure skater. Rachel decides to take up a new sport: college wrestling. Since her small college does not have a women's wrestling team, Rachel asks permission to join the men's team. At first, the college denies her request to join the men's team. But Rachel's request gets plenty of media attention and the college eventually changes their policy. Rachel is allowed to join the team without a try-out. She is the first woman in the nation to be included on a men's college wrestling team. A few days later, she shows up at the first wrestling tournament of the season. She has never wrestled before. The storyline involves the sequence of events occurring before, during and after Rachel's first wrestling match.

This film will be shot in the suburbs of New York City. Audition dates are flexible and scheduled at the convenience of serious candidates. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. The script is available for review.

Paul joins the college wrestling team (without a tryout) in order to impress Carly. Paul has never wrestled before. In Paul's first wrestling tournament, he is matched up against a female wrestler. Everyone in attendance is shocked and amazed when the female wrestler defeats Paul in the match. Carly is disappointed and shocked to see her new boyfriend lose a wrestling match to a girl, and she decides to end her relationship with him.
