Nationwide Event Staffing Agency Is Seeking:
Reliable, Stylish & Experienced Event Manager

To Represent:
Our women’s cosmetic client at a promotional event

Dates & Times:
Friday, February 15th: 2:30pm-7:00pm
You will be required to be on a 1-2 hour training conference call before the event. All manager’s will be responsible for deliveries the day before the event & ship items back the day after.

Manhattan, KS:

Duties:
Will oversee the event activation, everyone has arrived on time and are equipped with the necessary tools to do their job.
Manage talent during the set up and breakdown of our activation at the event, and during the event.
You will be responsible for checking in throughout set up, the event, and during breakdown.
Event photos (digital camera) & Event recap are required.
Receive shipments the day before & ship necessary items immediately after the event.
Confidently approach event attendees
Maintain orderly and neat event area
Light promo set-up & break-down



Compensation:
$400.00/Event Flat Rate for successful completion

Experienced in working events/promotions or related fields
Able to get to event on own as transportation costs are NOT included
Flexible schedule-availability for entire duration
