Open Auditions for the 6th annual Mid Michigan Renaissance Festival is coming up. We are very pleased to begin this year on a positive note and look forward to executing all our new ideas. We are looking forward to blending history with fairytale, Magic with sword play. We take pride in our cast. We are looking for volunteers of any age who have an interest in acting to come up and spare their time to our magical little village in the woods. We are looking for hard working dedicated actors to join us this year. Help us make the Journey into 1543 Germany, a small village of Cleves, with a wound too tight Duke, preparing for the visit from Queen. With his mischievous sisters constantly causing problems, and his wife always trying to underhand him how will anything be ready in time. Help us bring our Fairy-tales to life in the Children's Knoll, when the Wicked Witch forgets what Fairy Tale she is on and gives Hansel and Gretel a poisoned apple, and traps Snow White to fatten her up! We
also need roaming towns' people! A town flirt to win the hearts of patrons, or skeeve around as the towns' thief. All ages, and experience welcome!

Performance will take place all the weekends in June. Performance hours will be 11:00am to 7:00pm

Audition Details:

Auditions are:
February 9th and 10th
February 16th and 17th
Sat 2-6 pm
Sun 3-7 pm
It is possible to arrange ahead of time an earlier or later time during those days.


Compensation:

Unfortunately, due to the economy, and what a small production we are, we are looking for those who will volunteer their time freely.
We pay in good company, yummy lunches and good fun while camping!
