About Me: My name is Ashlynn and I am in 3rd grade. I live with my mom and my older sister. For being so young I have been through a whole lot. I have had 2 open heart surgeries and 4 surgeries on my ears. Because of all this I have had the opportunity to be on the radio and on TV. I love to sing, dance & act I have even been in my school talent show the past 3 year. In kindergarten I sang Love Story by Taylor Swift, in 1st grade I sang The Climb by Miley Cyrus and in 2nd grade I sang A Year Without Rain by Selena Gomez. I was asked to sing on a local radio station, 107.5 Frank FM, it was just amazing. I am very photogenic and not shy at all. I seem to be a very likable kid. My mom tells me that I have more energy than any kid she knows. I have never done any modeling or acting, but I have to start somewhere so here I am. I know that I will be great at what ever I do.
Short Resume:
In March of 2011 I took part in a fund raiser for The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital Care for Kids fundraiser. I talked on the radio & had the opportunity to sing as well.
In May of 2011 I was invited to sing on a local radio station 107.5 Frank FM.
In June of 2011 I took part in The Best of Broadway which is a fundraising event for The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital. I was recognized along with a few other children for our strength & resilience through tough medical issues. George & Barbara Bush were in the audience.
In October 2011 I was interviewed by a local TV channel 13 about my open heart surgery and I had a chance to sing for them. I also was interviewed by 2 local radio stations for the same fundraiser and was able to sing for them as well.
I have sang in 3 school talent show which is televised.
