Amanda Dullin-jones's Modeling Jobs, Acting Auditions and Additional Experience

About Me: My name is Amanda Dullin-Jones and I am a recent high-school graduate from St. John's College High School in Washington, DC. I started attending the Catholic University of America in the fall of 2008 as an incoming freshman with an English major and a possible Music/Psychology double minor. I have grown up and live in Silver Spring, MD. I am currently taking a leave of absence from CUA and living at home, while taking a few classes at a community college and doing volunteer work (tutoring). I am part Filipino, Italian, Irish, and perhaps some Welsh, German, and French. I have aspirations in music, art, theatre, writing novels, film, psychology, and education.

Short Resume: I have been singing in various choral groups since the age of 6. The most recent group I have been a part of is the St. John's College High School Honors Chorus, "Grace Notes". Grace Notes has competed in two competitions since its founding in the 2006-2007 schoolyear: Festival Disney 2007 and the North American Music Festival 2008. Grace Notes recieved a rating of "Excellent" in both competitions.

I have been acting in school plays since 8th grade. My experience includes:

I am a member of the International Thespian Society.

In addition, I have also been playing the trumpet in the school band for 9 years. I finished my high school career as a second trumpet in the St. John's College High School Wind Ensemble, the most advanced performing band in the school, which has attended the same festivals as Grace Notes and has received "Superior" ratings at both. At Festival Disney, the SJCHS Wind Ensemble received third place in the national competition, and at the North American Music Festival, we received second place.

I have been dancing ballet for 10 years, and have had 1 year of experience in modern dance.

I am also a songwriter and story writer, and have placed as a finalist in the 2003 Torcon Science Fiction and Fantasy writing contest. My father and I are currently working on forming a band (we are both songwriters/composers).
