Alyssa Ruland's Modeling Jobs, Acting Auditions and Additional Experience

About Me: Alyssa Ruland has always loved being the center of attention, putting on a show for all who would watch. However, it wasn't until last school year that she "took to the stage", performing in her school's production of "Willy Wonka, Jr". As part of the dance troupe and acting ensemble, she enjoyed every minute of it...and this got her hooked! She decided to pursue this further, seeking out auditions for theatre and film. One such audition was for the off-Broadway performance of "The Wizard of Oz", a children-only production under the direction on Adam Roebuck. Alyssa received the role of Glinda, the good witch, and took part in its' production in New York City.
Since then, Alyssa has landed roles in two different feature-films, and she is part of the cast for a new, upcoming web-series. She has also ventured into the area of voice-over work, and her voice-talent has been recorded, and is set to be used in an upcoming movie, this fall. On top of all this, Alyssa is also a model for MSA Models in Manhattan and KAMA Models in Bradford, Pennsylvania.
Alyssa is in 7th grade this year, and is in the High Honors Program. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys swimming in the summer, skiing in the winter, and has been playing soccer, two seasons each year. She is also a dancer, with training in tap, hip-hop, jazz, and acro.
