To ensure you receive the Exploretalent.com Email you've requested, including emails from ExploreTalent.com customer service, please follow the instructions below pertaining to the email application you use.
STEP ONE: Never hit the "Report Spam" button (figure 1). Hitting this button may prevent you from getting email from all members who contact you.
If you hit the "Report Spam" button by mistake, please take the following steps to make sure you continue to get your email.
-Access the "Spam Folder" in the lower right–hand corner of your mailbox.
-Click on the ExploreTalent.com email that you mistakenly reported as spam in the spam folder (figure 2).
-Click on the "This is not Spam" button at the bottom of the spam folder.
STEP TWO: Add ExploreTalent.com email addresses to your AOL Email Address Book.
Starting from your AOL Homepage,
Under Mail in top left corner, click Read
Under Mail Options pull down to Address Book
Under Primary Email Address, select other email, then type customerservice - AT - exploretalent.com (figure 3)
Repeat the previous three steps, also adding
info1 - AT - exploretalent.com
pics - AT - exploretalent.com
Emails from these addresses will go to your AOL Inbox.
STEP THREE: Make sure emails sent to you by Exploretalent.com MEMBERS are not automatically deleted.
Under Mail Options pull down to "Block Unwanted Mail"
Choose one of the filters under "Control Who I Get Email From"
We recommend you leave the setting at "Allow mail from all senders." No other action is required.
If you choose anything OTHER THAN "Allow mail from all senders," follow these additional instructions:
Under "Blocked mail should be" select "Delivered to Spam Folder" (figure 4)
ALL emails sent to you by other ExploreTalent.com members will go into your "Spam Folder" INSTEAD OF your Inbox.
Please note: This is only recommended if you choose any setting other than "Allow mail from all senders."
Exploretalent.com email may contain pictures of people you've expressed interest in learning about. Make certain that you click "Yes" ( figure 5) to see mail from ExploreTalent.com.
If images do not appear in your email click the "Show images & enable links" ( figure 6) at the top of your mail.

2. If email is already a spam, select the email and click the "not spam" icon to get it back to inbox.
STEP ONE: Never hit the"Report Junk E-mail" or "Report and Block Sender" buttons under the "Junk" option in your Inbox (figure 1). Hitting this button may prevent you from receiving email from all members who contact you - not just the individual email that you may not wish to view. Emails marked as junk will be automatically sent to your "Junk E-mail" folder and deleted. Reporting and blocking an email will prevent any and all email from ExploreTalent.com members from getting to your inbox.
Please complete the simple steps below to make sure all Exploretalent.com email is deliver to your Hotmail Inbox.
Add ExploreTalent.com email domain to your "Safe List":
Starting from your Hotmail Inbox,
Click on Options at top of the screen (next to tabs)
Under Mail Handling, choose Safe List
Add the following domains to your Safe List exactly as they are displayed below (figure 2) :
STEP ONE: Never hit the "Junk" button (figure 1). Hitting this button will send email from all members who contact you to your "Junk E–mail" box where it will be automatically deleted.
If you mistakenly hit "Junk" please take the following steps to make sure your ExploreTalent.com email isn't automatically deleted.
Hit the "Never Report Junk E-mail" button that pops up in your browser (figure 2)
Check the box next to the ExploreTalent.com email you mistakenly sent to "Junk E-mail"
Select the "Not Junk" button at the top of your screen (figure 3)
Select the "Add to Safe List" button
Please complete the simple steps below to make sure all ExploreTalent.com email is delivered to your MSN Mail Inbox.
Add ExploreTalent.com email domain to your "Safe List":
Starting from your MSN Inbox,
Click Email Settings in lower left corner
Select Junk Mail
Select Safe List
Select "Add an item to this list"
In the pop-up window, enter exploretalent.com
Note: Please enter the domain exactly as it's written above. (figure 4)
Repeat the previous three steps adding the domains below: exploretalent.com

Add ExploreTalent.com email addresses to your Address Book:
Starting from your Yahoo! Mail Inbox
Select the Addresses tab at the top of the screen
Select Add Contact
In the space next to "Email" type: customerservice - AT - exploretalent.com
(It is not necessary to fill in the rest of the form) (figure 2)
Click Save Contact
Repeat the previous four steps, adding: info1 - AT - exploretalent.com
This will NOT guarantee that email sent to you from other ExploreTalent.com members will be delivered to your Inbox. Please check your Bulk Mail folder regularly for email from members interested in you.
To ensure that ExploreTalent.com communications are not filtered into your "junk/bulk" folder, select the Add/Save to Address Book function in your email browser and follow the appropriate instructions. Please contact your email provider if you would like assistance.

If your email looks distorted or if the links within the email do not work, your email provider may automatically send emails to your inbox with the images and links deliberately turned off. Many email providers provide functions that allow you to see images and links in your email; it's often just a matter of hitting a button or two. Please contact your email provider for assistance on allowing images and links to display in your email.
