Ashley Balzer's Modeling Jobs, Acting Auditions and Additional Experience
About Me: I have 18 degrees, and two international jobs (which are done on my own time, so they will not interfere with any modeling opportunities). I will transfer to BYU and major in Astronomy for the spring semester. I am almost certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I am passionate about modeling, dance, fitness, travel, and teaching.
Short Resume:
I recently participated in Regency Beauty's runway event and photo shoot. I had another photo shoot the first week of January, and have several more scheduled for the next couple of months. My biggest event was as a promo model, at the Dallas World Trade Center fashion market. I apologize for the quality of my photos; I have a photo shoot scheduled for the third week of November, and I will upload pictures as I receive them.
I am most interested in runway and dance. I was on my college dance team, and absolutely loved it. I have done cross country, track and field and volleyball (six years varsity!). I specialize in hip hop and pom, but I am also working on jazz and contemporary. I like print also, and especially like working with other models or when there is a specific theme. Casual photos are fun also.

Dancer background: I danced with a group when I was 11-13. I was on the varsity cheer squad in junior high and high school, where I did much of the choreography. I was on the dance team in college. I have extensive experience in hip hop and pom (and line dancing..), but I have also had training in contemporary, jazz, swing, and a little latin.
Influences: Dance was always my emotional outlet, all throughout my childhood and teenage years. My choreography is influenced by such things as ocean and wind currents. I like dance routines that are fun, powerful, or tell a story.
Currently Looking For a Gig
I just want to dance. I am not picky about the specific type of work I want to do; as long as I get to dance. I would prefer it to be choreographed, but I can dance solo or with a group.
