About Me: I am a mother of 3,a registered critical care nurse. I am an avid runner, having run 5 full marathons (including the Boston Marathon) and numerous other races. I was a certified fitness instuctor, specializing in Pilates, but am currently participating mostly in hot yoga. One of my dreams is to be a part of a fitness demonstration of some kind, whether it be a fitness instructional DVD or an ad in a magazine.
